Steps Head was formerly known as the Sun Inn and dates back to 1790. Culeth Construction’s expertise meant that the original historic character and stone features were retained whilst providing modern living accommodation, gardens and off road parking.

The Grade II listed building was carefully, sympathetically and architecturally designed to develop a unique mix of beautiful feature homes set within a private, semi-rural position.
This unique development offered five different styles of home, in a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. All properties were designed to a very high specification considering and maintaining the historical characteristics whilst combining the features of a modern home.
