The design, build and construction of a new steel framed sports hall, together with a two storey ancillary accommodation block.

Due to the clients wishes, phase I of the project included the completion of the structure and finishes to the sports hall only. Completion of the finishes to the accommodation block was to be carried out as phase II, at a later date.

The works consisted of the completion of the fit out of the accommodation block, as phase 2 of the project. Briefly
